This accident benefit plan is designed to protect you from costly unexpected accidents. If you own a PPO plan, chances are that your deductible and co-pay (out of pocket expenses) go well into the thousands of dollars. This plan will pay those out of pocket costs for you!
If you don’t have any insurance at all, then a plan like this is even more valuable. You don’t need to be covered by regular health insurance to qualify for this plan.

office visits, lab tests, MRI’s and more. -
Four Accident benefit levels to choose from: $2000, $5000, $7500, $10,000, $15,000, $20,000 or $25,000 per accident, after the satisfaction of a small deductible. Deductibles range from $50 to $275 per accident, depending on which plan you have.

Additional Included Benefit – CALLMDTM allows you to call a doctor
for any illness, pain, injury, middle of the night fever , etc., 24 hours per day. Get medical advice over the phone and even have prescriptions (non-narcotic) called into your own pharmacy! Skip the office visit and do it by phone!
